In the terms of AC motors, the Universal motor in these
series are suitable for portable sewing machine (bag
closer), power tools, medicine and juice mixer etc.; the
Induction motors are manufactured by capacitor run at
single phase, or by squirrel cage type of three phase. In
order to promote the efficiency, we adopt high quality
lamination steel to prevent too much iron loss. Base on
the principle of products' design in precisely revolution,
low slip loss and mechanic loss, defected eddy current
loss etc, to enable the minimized deviation and highly
precision. These motors are applied to sculptural tools,
TFT/LED equipment, resistor/transistor/photodiode and the
others electronic accessory instrument, general conveyer,
food processing, packing machine, small hydraulic and
pneumatic pumps etc. These motors can match with gear box
and easy to operate for general purpose. The motors speed
are variable by through speed control. There are several
types of single phase AC speed control ours can be matched
with PLC to satisfy special purpose. Besides, they are
given the function of slow down or slow up of speed within
1sec to 15sec when the motor is operated at start run or
stop mode. The power output theirs are from 6 watts to
5HP, and the ratio of reducer on these parallel type are
from 1:3 to 1:180 and on worm-gear (which is 90 against
axis) are from 1:5 to 1:60. |
