In this area we offer several kinds of gear reducer for
users. The "WS series" are right angle gear reducer which
ratio is from 1/3 to 1/1000, and there are five kinds of
flanges can be matched by different application (70x70,
92x92, 115x115, 142X142, and 182x182) and whose users'
need. The precision of gear backlash to be set at 15
min-arc, and also can be adjusted to zero. The torque
out-put reach to 3-25kgf-m when loading. When the out-put
shaft is penetrating or hollow, there are five fixed
flanges at out casting can be operated by users. It is
revolving at 90¢X rotation in hollow shaft which is
suitable for axis low-load intermittent motion. The
planetary gear reducer which type are "GNP/GMP/GVM-C
series" applied to high rating torque and low inertia
operation. Enclosed design, without lubricant refilling
bothered, as integral gear ratio are from 1/3 to 1/10; 5
min-arc in precision and suitable to combination with all
kinds of servo motors. The cycle gear reducer "CG series"
is also integral gear ratio are from 1/15 to 1/50. There
are two kinds of model in our range by different torque
out-put, radius load on out-put shaft, inertia and size.
They are also designed to be airtight type and without
lubricant refilling. They are specified economical,
competitive in price and compact with light weight. Small
backlash of 10 min-arc in precision and low decibel in
performance are suitable for servo motor applications. The
"SB series" gear reducer is designed by 30 sec-arc without
backlash. The mechanical feature is between harmonic and
cyclical driver; and the size which is the most compact
among all kinds of gear reducer. There are SPB40, SPB60,
and SPB90 three kinds types which means that the frame are
42mm, 60mm, and 92mm square figure for users' choice to
order.
